The 7day/6 night Rainforest Experience offers a unique opportunity for a small group tour of 6-8 guests.

Pricing: $2995 per person

Why is this so much more affordable compared to other all-inclusive resorts when you provide more services, private accommodations, and all-inclusive amenities?
Because Honduras is not frequently visited, Las Cascadas Lodge faces less competition. This means we can offer our tours without struggling for space or dealing with scheduling issues, as everything is conveniently located near the resort.
The trip price is based on a shared room. Some private room upgrades are available for each trip for an additional fee. Private Rooms: A note about the private upgrade. We know that some guests need their own space. We pay the same amount for the room whether there are 2 people in it or just 1. When you get the private upgrade, you are paying for the other 1/2 of that room. This is why it costs more. We are happy to pair guests with a roommate which allows you to save money and make a friend.

Detailed Itinerary:

• Day 1 - TRAVEL TO THE RAINFOREST
  Arrive San Pedro Sula airport early afternoon
  Meet private shuttle driver (3 + hours to Lodge)
  Optional stop at LANCETILLA BOTANICAL GARDENS Or a stop at TELA Beach
  Arrive to Las Cascadas Lodge
  Tour of the grounds with staff 
  Welcome dinner and drinks.
  Discussion on itinerary and what to expect Q&A 

• Day 2 - EXPLORE THE RIO CANGREJAL
  8AM -Breakfast at the Lodge below waterfalls*
  9:30 AM -Guided Hiking on property to UPPER WATERFALL and swim (guided)
  11:45 AM Depart for Omega Tours for lunch then WHITEWATER RAFTING.
  4:30 PM -Return to Las Cascadas Lodge
  Dinner at the lodge 

• Day 3 - RELAX WITH CHOCOLATE AND RUM
  10:00 AM -SCENIC VALLEY TOUR and HONDURAS CHOCOLATE COMPANY samples included 
  Return to lodge for lunch
  2 PM -HOTSPRINGS & ZIPLINES in the afternoon.
  Return to Las Cascadas Lodge for rum tasting/cigars
  Dinner at the lodge

• Day 4 - BIRDS AND BBQ
  7:00 AM -GUIDED BIRDING at the lodge/property
  12:30 PM -GUIDED HIKING Pico Bonito after early lunch.
  Return for hot tub and sauna
  BBQ Dinner

• Day 5 - ADVENTURE ALL AROUND
  Free morning or 'cooking Honduran breakfast' with Mayra and Olvin
  12: 30PM -HONDURAS WATERFALL DESCENTS in the afternoon
  Day 6 - BEACHES AND NIGHT NATURE
  CAYOS COCHINOS SNORKEL tour
  Night excursion/walk with Osny 

• Day 7 - SAYING GOODBYE
  Depart after breakfast for SPS 
  Optional Gift Store Stop (La Ceiba)
