The Honduras Chocolate Company is located in the Cangrejal Valley approximately 2 km up the road from Las Cascadas Lodge. They buy organic cacao in its raw form from the local farmers in the surrounding area.
Chef Olvin and Maira use this chocolate to make delicious cheesecakes, and to compliment the many culinary delights here at the hotel.
The most authentic beverage served at Las Cascadas Lodge is called Gifiti.

Our most romantic cabin with a bath and indoor/outdoor shower for two and views of the waterfall. The Bejuco Cabin has a Queen bed, a loft with a single bed and another single bed on the veranda. It is equipped with Wi Fi, bath towels, and bath amenities. It has both ceiling and floor fans.
